We are a mutual aid network of community healers, therapists, grief workers & herbalists in Asheville & Western North Carolina who are providing massage & free support to our incredible volunteer organizers & front-liners after Hurricane Helene.

Hurricane Helene’s catastrophic floods & landslides wiped out entire communities in Asheville & Western North Carolina. Unfathomable devastation is being met by countless generous souls who’ve stepped up to save lives & help our our people move forward. We are forever indebted to the front-liner first-aid & rescue teams; folks with chainsaws, trucks, ATV’s & mules; warehouse supply & distribution coordinators; wellness check volunteers; people providing free meals; farmers who donated produce; and so many more! Our gratitude is more than words can express. Please come in & receive some community care. We love you & want to be here for you as long as you need us!
